Change your Mind ...

It's often said that change is the only constant in life. Yet humans are evolutionary predisposed to resist change because of the risk associated with it. Despite this resistance to change, it is more important than ever. Napoleon once said, "One must change one's tactics every 10 years if one wishes to maintain one's superiority." In today's society the pace of change is immensely faster, and it will only continue to accelerate. Organizations and people that don't embrace change are bound to lose ground and stagnate. Albert Einstein once said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” There is nothing as powerful as changed mind. You can change your Clothing, your hair, your address and your residence, but if you don’t change your Mind, the same experience will perpetuate itself over and over again because everything will change outside but nothing internally changed.



There is nothing as powerful as a changed mind. If you want something out of life, if you want to acquire something, if there`s some goal that you want to reach – Changing your behaviours, overcoming negative habits, it`s challenging, It`s hard. Once we begin to come to grips with truth that ‘Living is difficult.’ 

Hi Folks, Life is very challenging; you will never ever have a problem free moment in your life. Most of us go through life never discovering what our talents are! Most of us never develop our talents! To have skills and abilities but if you don’t nurture them, if you don’t develop them, they will never serve you. Most of us don’t like to do these things that come easy to us, when you step into your fears and continue to push yourself, to go on, something happens for you.
If you don’t develop the courage to do that which has been given you to do , and you spend a lot of time going around trying to convince other people , trying to get their approval , what with  happen is that you will lose your nerve , and other people will convince you that what you are doing doesn’t  have any value , and you will give up on your dream .“Don’t keep your dreams in your eyes; they may wash away with your tears . Keep your dreams in to your heart, so that every heart bit will remind you to achieve your dreams.” How much time do you have left? When you start thinking about that we don’t know! Stop wasting valuable time! Knowing that if we begin to live our lives as if each day were our last day, will take a different meaning.

You have got to develop a sense of urgency! Stop living life like you have a hundred years to live. If you want something, you have got to be restless. You have got to learn how to become resourceful and creative. Power, to hold on in spite of everything, the power to endure, this is the winner`s quality. The hunger, the ability to face defeat again and again without giving up! This is a winner`s quality. What this power is I cannot say .All I know is that it exists, and it becomes available only when a man or a woman is that state of mind in which he or she knows exactly  what he or she wants , and is fully determined not to quit , until they find it . There is greatness in you. And you have got to learn how to tune out the critics outside and the critic inside! I am going to harness my will, and I am not going to let anything stop me! Most of us give up on ourselves easily. How far you can go, your imagination is only the limit, how far the company can grow, and the collective imagination of the team is the only limit.  Abraham Maslow once said, “All you have is a hammer, the whole world starts look like a nail.” It means instead of wasting your energy asking for blaming others and I wish I could do that … Should focusing on what do I already have. Are you capitalizing your energy in a positive direction? Once you begin channelizing your energy into positive thinking, you will be unstoppable. If you correct your mind & your thinking the rest of your life will fall into place. Do you know that the Human Spirit is powerful? There is nothing as powerful, it`s hard to kill the human spirit! You are unstoppable, live your life with Passion and with some drive. You have got to focus on you, and as you convince you, as you sell yourself, every day! You will begin to see a difference in the things that you are doing. Selling yourself on your ability to perform a job, to achieve a certain objective, telling yourself every day – “Here, I go again And I have got what it takes, this is my day and nothing out here is going to stop me.”

I was talking to a group of parents regarding how kids motivated themselves to learn at home. I observed that 9 out of 10 parents faced challenges to sustain interest and attention of their kids to learn at home. Most of the parents of LKG kids shared their experiences that their kids were not doing well in dictation writing and they got feedback from the school to practice dictation writing at home regularly. The news of sad demise of John Francis ‘Jack’ Welch is like a bolt from the blue to millions of his admirers and followers of his unique management thoughts, ideas and practices.   To have held the steering wheel of General Electric for 20 long years from 1981 to 2001 and delivered breakthrough results is a matter of life time lessons for management students and practitioners alike.   It is no exaggeration to say that Jack Welch will be part of our minds, souls and psyche for all time to come.
