Many a brilliant graduate may have joined their dream companies leaving behind aspirations for a master degree in management.  Once you start working you get into hum drum of corporate life with no time to reflect back or think ahead. Many professionals with excellent academic record do not flex themselves further once they find their feet in work place. We have to question this status quo syndrome and break ourselves free to do what we always wanted to do.  Resolve today that you will live your dream every day and every way.  Abraham Maslow once said,’ If you settle for anything less than what you can be, you will repent the rest of your life’.

Executive PGDM is one such management course which every working professional ought to take up at the earliest. It costs you not really much but helps you grow professionally like never before. Today IIMs are also in the race in offering Executive PGDM. Practically every leading management institute is in the reckoning. The fee charged by IIMs may be prohibitive for working professionals with limited means.  But you need not hold back and keep your decisions in cold storage.



We at Nitte at School of Management have designed a 15-month Executive PGDM program keeping in mind the requirements of working professionals in and around Bengaluru. The cost of the program is quite economical and the same is within the reach of every working professional.   Its salient features are:
  • Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of corporate exposure/service can enroll for this course.
  • The entire program is designed and tested by senior level corporate executives and a group of highly qualified faculty who also have had industry experience
  • The program duration is of 15 months – 12 month class room exposure and 3 months of Internship.
  • There are three trimesters of about 4 months each in addition to internship.
  • Two specializations are in the offering – one on Management Consulting and Business Analytics and the other on general management areas such as Finance, Banking, Marketing, HR, Operations Management, and International Business.
  • First semester is devoted to fundamentals in management such as Accounting, Economics, HRM,  Law, Supply Chain Management and such other.
  • Second and third  trimesters focus on specialization subjects
  • Program inputs are delivered in a practical and experiential mode such that students will actually feel, participate and internalize.
  • There will be two mentors – one from the Institute and the other from corporate – at the disposal of each student.
  • The Institute avails the services of Industry experts and corporate executives at three levels namely Class room delivery, Internship support and Placement.
